As a passionate supporter of adaptively reusing great old buildings, Schrader Design has successfully renovated many landmark structures throughout the Historic South End district of Charlotte, Our own studio represents the pairing of industrial charm, circa 1920s, with the contemporary flavor of its more current use. Here and in all our design aspirations, you will find that historical precedent is honored and evident; whether we are sketching with pen and paper or using computer technology to explore what might be.

In the end, it is a casual but focused environment that we enjoy; a dynamic sense of place for us to inspire creative thinking, to collaborate, and to ultimately present our ideas to our clients.
